The location of Resonance Taipei, Tapestry Collection By Hilton was superb. We were able to easily access the Taipei Main Station and other major attractions. The room we stayed in was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. We loved the cozy sofa area where we could relax and enjoy a cup of tea. The housekeeping service was accommodating, especially when we needed a late afternoon clean. we had a brilliant time at this hotel.

Loved our rooms with great view. The hotel had an excellent and great position, in the middle of jackson. Also, there was a Japanese - era temple around 4-6 minutes away by foot from the venue.

This hotel is a real value for money. The location is great, just a station away from Main Taipei Station. Plus, there are plenty of local eateries nearby. The staff are friendly and always ready to help. The rooms offer a great view and are comfortable. And the best part is that breakfast is served at the Starbucks next to the hotel, which is really convenient.

The laundry room can be improved by charging a small fee and reducing the facility's opening hours to encourage guests to use the machines responsibly.

The hotel is well-located, with convenient amenities nearby, like restaurants, shops and even a supermarket. They have a good smell in the lobby so it's good as soon as you arrive. the laundry services are very helpful and available for free, and you can order breakfast in advance through an app which is great.

The hotel might not be the best option for tourists as it's a bit far from some important places in the city and even though there are some great local eateries nearby, there aren't too many options. it would be helpful if the hotel staff could assist travelers with their luggage, especially when traveling with young children.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the location is amazing, with the subway station Shandao Temple only a stone's throw away. This made it incredibly convenient to explore the city, including the famous 101 tower. Secondly, the service provided by the staff was top-notch. They were always attentive and went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met. Lastly, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a great view of the city skyline. I also appreciated the fact that breakfast was served at the Starbucks, allowing me to enjoy a delicious meal before starting my day.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was excellent and I can't think of anything that could have been improved.

For the price we paid, we definitely got our money's worth - comfortable rooms with great amenities and a cool industrial-style decor. The location was perfect, with a quiet street at night and easy access to both traditional Taiwanese breakfast and even a McDonald's across the street. But what really stood out was the level of service we received. When my wife had an accident and fainted in the shower, the staff was incredibly helpful and even accompanied us to the hospital. They showed genuine concern for her well-being throughout our stay. We were truly impressed by the hospitality of the staff at this hotel.

Our xmas vacation stay was surprisingly comfortable. The hotel's industrial-style decor added a unique touch to the room which was fully equipped with amenities. The staff were attentive and welcoming, always willing to help and assist with any needs. The hotel's location was a plus, with 7-11 shops, a supermarket, and fast-food chains nearby. The lobby's amazing fragrance was a bonus that greeted us every time we entered.

The lack of assistance with our luggage. We traveled with our young children who were exhausted after a long flight and it would have been helpful if someone could have helped us with our bags.
